Todd M. Grant, CEO/Founder

Todd Grant is an expert with more than 15 years experience in the real world implementation of supply chain strategies that allow organizations, particularly those built on the publishing model, to increase efficiency and profitability. Mr. Grant has studied and managed all the critical components of the supply chain process - from establishing the strategic vision to program development and implementation including materials sourcing, account management, vendor negotiation, and critical program evaluation. He is a strong advocate for the BPO approach to assure flexibility and innovation in the supply chain.

As an executive with Globalware Solutions, a multi-facility 3PL offering comprehensive supply chain solutions, at R.B. Grant & Associates, a provider of manufacturing solutions for multi-media kits and with his own BPO services firm, New Territories, Mr. Grant has developed a proven track record for evaluating and improving supply chain challenges for the publishing market.

Mr. Grant received his MBA, with a Certificate in Logistics Management, from Northeastern University (2001) and his BSM with a concentration in finance from Tulane University (1988).

Keith Deinert, VP

Mr. Deinert joined New Territories in May 2000 to help expand revenue growth and participate in corporate strategic development. Before that, Mr. Deinert served as president of KC Marketing, a successful import/export business focused on serving the OEM market. With KC Marketing, Mr. Deinert developed strong skills in supply chain solutions, market analysis, contract negotiations, customer relations, and project management. Mr. Deinert's 15 years of experience in business development and management are an asset for New Territories. Mr. Deinert is specifically responsible for all of New Territories' new business development activities. Mr. Deinert received his BA with a concentration in Finance from Bentley University (1988).
